Many seniors from the the Class of 2023 have come from various Wisconsin high school, near and far. So fun to photograph in and outside of our Waunakee photography studio. Most popular question to our photography studio when booking senior portraits, what should we bring? Often our senior portrait customers have spent most of their childhood years practicing a hobby, sport or other interest. Our Madison WI photography studio always encourages our customers to bring along props to define those passions. To capture just a few senior pictures with those props, in most cases, does not take much time for the the photographer to include in the senior portrait session.
What to Wear and Bring
One of the most popular question asked when booking the senior portrait session is what to wear and bring? Here is a list of suggestions we offer to our high school seniors:
Clothing that is comfortable and flattering (whether sitting or standing)
Face powder to remove any shine that humidity and heat may cause.
Hair brush and hair spray, especially for windy days.
Most important a confident expression, preferably a smile
Often the photos with props are our customers favorite senior pictures. Sometimes, just getting in hand a volleyball for example, helps relax the high school senior for example that doesn’t like to have their portrait taken. Plus they end up with some cool sports senior portraits too! So don’t forget the sports equipment that has been an important part of their life.
